It is Day 12 of the #25DaysofMFit challenge, and I have some more HIIT cardio for you! This 14-minute Tabata HIIT will get your heart pumping.
“Tabata” is a fancy way of saying we will be doing interval training today. To be more specific, we will be doing intervals of 20-seconds work and 10-seconds rest. This is a fast-paced workout. It should leave you feeling uncomfortably winded. Push through anyway!
I have filmed many Tabata workouts for the MFit YouTube channel and my MFit home workout plans, but somehow they never get easier. This workout kicked my butt (in the best kind of way), and I am sure it will do the same for you.
