Meet Your Trainer
My name is Molly, and I am a Los Angeles based certified personal trainer. I have been working in the fitness industry since 2013. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, and corrective exercise. Many of my clients come to me with health issues including: obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, and joint pain. I personally have struggled with being both overweight and underweight. Through my studies and experience, I have learned how to work with individuals of all fitness levels.
My workout plans will help you reach your fitness goals at home with minimal equipment. Each workout I create combines strength training with cardio and stretching to help your body both feel good and look good. Whatever your fitness goal is, I have a program for you!
