Who is Molly?

Molly is the founder and lead trainer of MFit Workouts! She started the company in 2013, but evolved it in 2019 and started infusing lifestyle coaching into her programs; helping her clients adjust their habits and workouts to support their mental health and hormones.

She has personally struggled with anxiety, hormonal imbalances, injuries and joint pain. So, she creates fitness programs that take all of those things into consideration.

What's the difference between each program?

The chart below will break down the main differences between the three signature programs: On-Demand Membership, the MFit Workout Collective and Custom Programming.

You’ll notice the main differences are the level of support you get and personalization of the program.

How is MFit different than other home workout programs?

MFit has a special focus on hormone balance and stress reduction, so every workout is designed to calm your nervous system, not exhaust it.

And where most fitness programs focus solely on exercise, MFit Workout programs will help you build habits and adjust your lifestyle outside of your workout routine.

More common questions

MFit is all about making your workout super accessible, so you don’t need much. You can get started without any equipment. However, a set of mini resistance bands along with some 3-5lb dumbbells will set you up for the most success.

The MFit method is all about starting slow and building. So start with just one workout a week. Eventually building to 3-4x a week doing 30-minutes a day would be great!

Molly is a corrective exercise specialist and deals with injuries and joint pain all the time, so you’re in good hands.

I’d recommend joining the MFit Workout Collective or Custom Programming so you can get specific advice on how to modify around your injury. Molly can help you create a workout schedule around your injury in your personal training session(s).

In general, all MFit workouts are low impact and joint friendly.

Congratulations! I recommend booking a personal training call with Molly to get further advice on how to modify your workouts to meet your current needs. You will find lots of pregnant and postpartum friendly workouts here at MFit Workouts!
