15 Minute HIIT & Total Body Burn

Holiday season is among us. That possibly means your schedule is packed and your anxiety levels are much higher than normal. To combat this new stressful itinerary, I’ve created a 15-minute HIIT & total body burn workout for you!

This awesome workout structure blends High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), resistance training, and yoga. This combination will help you burn fat, build muscle and stretch out all in one workout!

Follow HIIT & total body burn workout below.

Do 2 sets of the following circuit:

1. Walk Down Squat Jack (10 reps)
2. Squat Press (15 reps)
3. High Knees (20 seconds)

Do 2 sets of the following circuit:

1. Standing Oblique Crunches into Squat Jump (10 reps)
2. Speed Skater (20 reps)
3. Push-up (10 reps)

Complete the following yoga sculpt flow:

– Downdog Knee Pull
– Weighted Crescent Lunge Pulses
– Alternating Low Lunges
– Chair Pulses
– Side to Side Squat
– Up/Down Squat
– Side to Side Squat
– 3/4 Squat Pulses
– Bent Over Rows
– Downdog Knee Pull
– Weighted Crescent Lunge Pulses
– Hammer Curl – Flex Tricep
– Forearm Plank
