Happy MFit Workout Tuesday! Today we are doing a 10-minute home cardio workout.
February is American Heart Month, which is why I have been sharing so many cardio workouts with my MFit Family. These short and sweet cardio workouts will help keep your heart healthy! And don’t we all want that?
The workout below is just 10-minutes, and you will be moving for all ten of of those minutes. This type of workout is a great at-home swap for your typical steady state cardio options like riding a bike or using the elliptical. I will take you through ten different exercises that will stimulate all your muscles and get your heart pumping!
If you want even more cardio workouts, make sure you check out my 4-Week Slim Down Plan. The workouts in that home workout plan will keep your heart healthy and your muscles strong. The plan comes with a 28-day workout schedule, exclusive workout videos and access to the MFit virtual gym. If that interests you, please check it out!
