4-Minute Tabata Workout

It is Tuesday here on MFit, which means… it’s time for another workout video. I created this workout for everyone that claims they do not have enough time in the day to workout. This workout video is 4-minutes long. That’s it! Everyone has 240 seconds to spare in a day. So, put on your sneakers, and let’s get it done.
