4-Minute Tabata Workout

It is Tuesday here on MFit, which means… it’s time for another workout video. I created this workout for everyone that claims they do not have enough time in the day to workout. This workout video is 4-minutes long. That’s it! Everyone has 240 seconds to spare in a day. So, put on your sneakers, and let’s get it done.

This month I have been posting a lot of cardio workouts on the MFit YouTube channel. I am also doing a 29-Day Cardio Challenge with my MFit Members and anyone who wants to join us! This is a free challenge, so if you want to sign up… click HERE!

The 29-Day Cardio Challenge requires you to do just one minute of cardio a day. Easy!

Now, let’s get into today’s 4-minute Tabata routine.

Try the workout below:

Do 2 sets of each exercise. 20-seconds on. 10-seconds off.

2 Squat Jacks – 2 Squat Jumps
Single Leg Jumping Lunges
Push-up Climber
