4-Minute Tabata Workout

It is Tuesday, which means… it’s time for another workout video. I created this workout for everyone that claims they do not have enough time in the day to workout. This 4-minute tabata workout video will prove a good workout doesn’t have to take too much time. Everyone has 240 seconds to spare in a day. So, put on your sneakers, and let’s get it done.

First let me explain what Tabata training is. A Tabata workout is a type of interval workout that alternates between high intensity, working intervals and low intensity, resting intervals. Each working interval is 20 seconds and each resting interval is 10 seconds.

This type of workout is very challenging because it requires you to work really hard and then only rest for a short period of time. But, if you’re short on time and trying to burn a bunch of calories… you gotta get it done!
