If you haven’t participated in one of the previous #25DaysofMFit challenges, let me fill you in on what to expect. From December 1st to December 25th, I will be posting daily workout videos on the MFit YouTube channel.
Each workout will be 15-minutes, or less! So, no excuses! Everyone has 15 minutes a day to workout, even during the busy holiday season. All of the workouts are easy to do at home and require very minimal workout equipment, if any!
We are starting off this 25 day challenge with a bang. The workout below is a crazy HIIT workout.
During the #25DaysofMFit, I will be giving you a wide variety of workouts to follow. The workouts will alternate between cardio, strength, total body, booty, yoga… you name it, you’ll see it in this challenge.
However, for Day 1, I wanted to make you sweat. How else would you expect to start an MFit challenge?

Do 4 sets of the following circuit.
No rest between exercises. 30-second rest between sets.
– Heel Click (10 reps)
– Squat Jump (10 reps)
– Push-up Climbers (10 reps)
