10-Minute Apartment Friendly HIIT #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 1 of the #25DaysofMFit and I couldn’t be more excited to start this holiday challenge with you!!

If you haven’t participated in one of the previous #25DaysofMFit, let me fill you in. From December 1st – December 25th, I am going to be posting a new workout everyday. Or at least, that’s what I’ve done in the past. This year is a little different.

This year I am posting not one, but TWO new 15-minute workout videos every single day. So, you have a couple options. You can complete the YouTube challenge and do one 15-minute workout everyday until Christmas. Or you can take on the double challenge and do two 15-minute videos a day until Christmas. Either way, you are going to get an intense workout done in under 30-minutes. That’s not easy to do. But I have put all I have into this videos, and I know that are going to kick your butt!

We are starting off this 25 day challenge with a bang. The workout below is a crazy HIIT workout. The workout over on the MFit Membership is another HIIT workout! During the #25DaysofMFit I am going to give you lots of variety. The workouts day to day will vary and the two workouts I post each day will be different. However, for Day 1, I wanted to make you sweat. These two HIIT routines are no joke, but how else would you expect to start an MFit challenge?

Do 4 sets of the following circuit.
No rest between exercises. 30-second rest between sets.

– Heel Click (10 reps)
– Squat Jump (10 reps)
– Push-up Climbers (10 reps)
