It’s Day 2 of the #25DaysofMFit. If you thought Day 1 of this workout challenge was tough, get ready for more! Today’s mini band back & cardio workout will leave your muscles burning and keep your heart rate up!
This workout will help you build muscle in your upper back. A strong upper back won’t just make you look good but it will also improve your posture! We all could use a good posture-improving workout! Am I right?!
You will need a set of mini bands for this workout. Don’t have mini bands? You can get some in the MFit Amazon store! Trust me, you won’t regret it. Mini bands are by far my favorite piece of fitness equipment, especially when I’m working out at home.
Follow the mini band back & cardio workout below!
Complete the circuit:
– Walk Down (10 reps)
– Walk Down Squat Jack (10 reps)
– Squat Jack (10 reps)
Complete 2 sets of the following superset:
– Pull Over (10 reps)
– Single Arm Band Pull (15 reps each)
Complete 2 sets of the following cardio exercise:
– Up/Down Squat (15 reps)
Complete 1 set of the following circuit:
– Low to High Row (15 reps each)
– Seated Wide Row (15 reps)
– Seated Narrow Row (15 reps)
