Be prepared to sweat and feel the burn with this one. You will be doing two exercises the whole workout – burpees and squat jumps. Two plyometric, fat burning exercises put together in one crazy routine.
You will be doing burpees in a ladder starting with 10 reps and making your way down to 1 rep. After each group of burpees you will do 10 squat jumps. Do each exercise at whatever level you feel comfortable at. If you need to, you can take the jumping out of each exercise and do body weight squats and walking burpees. You will still get a great workout in! Work hard, but be safe.
