Safe For Knees HIIT Cardio #25DaysofMFit

Welcome back to Day 5 of the #25DaysofMFit Challenge. Today I will take you through a HIIT cardio workout. This routine is completely low impact, meaning there is not jumping. That also means it is safe for your knees!

I love making low impact workouts. I have made many “safe for knees” workouts before on the MFit YouTube channel. And all of the workout videos in my home workout plans have a knee-friendly modification box for the exercises that are not low impact.

I enjoy making these types of workouts because I personally haven’t seen many like them. Sure, lots of people make no-jump workouts, but they are easy and boring. Today’s workout will be exciting and challenging, but still low impact.

Knee-friendly workouts do not have to be easy. You should feel challenged as you go through this workout video. If you wish to make it more challenging, you can do the whole routine while holding some light dumbbells.

If you like at-home workouts like this one, I have hundreds more just like it in my MFit home workout plans! There is a little something for everyone and every goal on MFit! Take this quiz to see which home workout plan is right for you!

I hope you enjoy this workout as much as I enjoyed filming it. Make sure you check back tomorrow for Day 6 of the challenge, or if you can’t wait that long – join the #25DaysofMFit challenge on my website to receive all 25 workout videos today!
