Mini Band Arm Workout #25DaysofMFit

Welcome back to Day 4 of the #25DaysofMFit challenge! I hope you have enjoyed the previous three workout videos. If you haven’t had a chance to do them, make sure you get on that! Today we are doing a mini band arm workout!

I have to be honest, this arm workout is amazing. It is only 15-minutes and it left me sore for days. How is that even possible? You 100% need a mini band for this routine. Head over to the MFit Amazon store┬áto pick up a set of bands if you don’t have any. They are game changer if you plan to exercise at home and follow more MFit workouts.

Try the mini band arm workout below.

Do 1 set of the following:
Walk Down – Down Dog (10 reps)

Do 2 sets of the following:
Push-up (10 reps)
Seated Row (20 reps)

Do 2 sets of the following:
Banded Rotation Bicep Curl (15 reps)
Lateral Tricep Extension (10 reps each)

Do 1 set of the following:
Side Raise Drop Set (10 – 15 reps)
Jumping Jacks (20 reps)
