Mini Band Arm Workout #25DaysofMFit

Welcome back to Day 4 of the #25DaysofMFit challenge! I hope you have enjoyed the previous three workout videos. If you haven’t had a chance to do them, make sure you get on that!

Today we are doing another mini band workout! This time, it is all about the upper body. I have to be honest, this arm workout is amazing. It is only 15-minutes and it left me sore for days. How is that even possible? You 100% need a mini band for this routine. Head over to the MFit Amazon store to pick up a set of bands if you don’t have any. They are game changer if you plan to exercise at home and follow more MFit workouts.

Do 1 set of the following:
Walk Down – Down Dog (10 reps)

Do 2 sets of the following:
Push-up (10 reps)
Seated Row (20 reps)

Do 2 sets of the following:
Banded Rotation Bicep Curl (15 reps)
Lateral Tricep Extension (10 reps each)

Do 1 set of the following:
Side Raise Drop Set (10 – 15 reps)
Jumping Jacks (20 reps)
