New Bikini Prep Workout Challenge

Spring has sprung, and summer is right around the corner. As the weather gets warmer, the clothes tend get smaller. And I’ve created the perfect workout program to help you get ready for all of those bikinis, shorts and crop tops this season.

The Bikini Bootcamp Workout Challenge is a FREE challenge on the MFit YouTube channel. I have filmed eight killer workouts that will challenge your cardio, strength, and flexibility. Each workout focuses on a different body part, but every video will include a full warm-up, cool down, cardio and conditioning. The videos are very similar to the ones I post daily for the MFit Membership.

These workouts are meant to make you feel strong, sexy and confident as you strut your stuff on the beach.

You do not need very much equipment for this workout challenge, but I do recommend you have a set of dumbbells and mini bands. You can find both in the MFit Amazon Store.

I have hosted the Bikini Bootcamp challenge for the past three years, and this year I decided to do something a little different.

In the past, I have received questions from my MFitters about how to incorporate these workout videos into their workout schedule.
