Spring has sprung, and summer is right around the corner. As the weather gets warmer, the clothes tend get smaller. And I’ve created the perfect bikini prep workout challenge to help you get ready for the new season.
The Bikini Bootcamp Workout Challenge is 100% FREE. I have filmed eight killer workouts that will challenge your cardio, strength, and flexibility. Each workout focuses on a different body part, but every video will include a full warm-up, cool down, cardio and conditioning. These workouts are meant to make you feel strong, sexy and confident as you strut your stuff on the beach.
You do not need very much equipment for this workout challenge, but I do recommend you have a set of dumbbells and mini bands. You can find both in the MFit Amazon Store.
