8-Minute HIIT Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 25 of the #25DaysofMFit! I cannot believe this year’s challenge is over. Remember, although the challenge is done, you can repeat it anytime you like! I created the #25DaysofMFit to help people stay fit by doing just 15-minutes of exercise a day. So, whenever your schedule gets a bit overwhelming, come back to this challenge to get a daily dose of fitness.

For the final day of the challenge, I have to send you off with an intense HIIT workout. Fun fact, I kept putting off filming this final video because I knew it would be so hard. I was dreading this workout, but I did and so can you! You are going to sweat a lot though. This workout is only 8-minutes, but it is intense!

Do 40 seconds of exercise A. Rest for 10 seconds. Do 20 seconds of exercise B. Rest for 10 seconds. Repeat 2x.
