I’ve got a new workout for you this week! I know it’s been a couple weeks since I’ve posted a new one… but the wait is worth it, this is a tough one! This week we are working your ABS. I’m targeting the whole core – obliques, lower abs, upper abs, the entire rectus abdominis.
Pair this workout with one of my HIIT routines or steady paced cardio to really burn fat. Remember that to get a toned core you need to pair strength training with cardio and a clean diet.
