Beginner Abs Workout

We are getting ever so close to the end of January. Can you believe we are almost one month into the new year? I certainly cannot.

Let me ask you a question, how is your New Year’s resolution going? Have you been working towards those goals or have they fallen in the black hole where I assume all resolutions go when people give up on them.
