It’s Day 22 of the #25DaysofMFit and we are in the final few days of the workout challenge. These last few days are going to be tough, and I am going to throw everything at you. Today we are doing a 15-minute HIIT challenge.
Over the past 21 days, you have lifted weights, performed intense cardio, strengthened the core and stretched everything out. Now is where all of those things come together.
Today we are doing a HIIT workout and this routine is one of the most intense of the whole challenge. But don’t be scared! I will give you plenty of modifications to follow throughout the video if you need them. If you don’t modify, this workout gets a little crazy! You don’t need any equipment for this one… just a little will power.

Do 30 seconds of each ab exercises, no rest
