I am back with another yoga routine for Day 10 of the #25DaysofMFit challenge! This 17-minute power yoga flow is going to be slightly more intense than the Day 3 workout.
Today we are tackling power yoga, which is a much faster paced flow. If any of the poses feel uncomfortable, you can always rest in Child’s Pose and take a few breaths there.
Focus on getting deep into the stretches and moving through the poses as gracefully as possible. This routine will help you gain flexibility, build strength, and burn some calories! I hope you enjoy doing it as much as I enjoyed creating it for you!

Typically I type of the workout instructions here. However, as this is a yoga flow, it is best if you just follow along! It would be difficult to follow along with written instructions.
