I am back with another yoga routine for Day 10 of the #25DaysofMFit challenge! This yoga routine is going to be slightly more intense than the Day 3 workout. Today we are tackling power yoga, which is a much faster paced flow. Remember if any of the poses feel uncomfortable, you can always find childs pose to take a few breaths. Focus on getting deep into the stretches an moving through the poses as gracefully as possible. This routine will help you gain flexibility, build strength, and burn some calories!
