We have made it through Week 1 of the #25DaysofMFit Challenge, and the workouts are going to keep getting more difficult. Remember all the workouts in this 25 day challenge are under 20 minutes. And when you only have 20 minutes to workout, you have to make it count! These workouts pack a lot in to the short time frame and are supposed to challenge your body.
Day 7 is no exception. This total body strength workout is going to double as a cardio routine. These complex exercises will get your heart rate up and make you sweat! This workout includes a circuit of four exercises. We will do three sets of the circuit. You can choose to keep the exercises simple or you can advance the movements each round with me. No matter what you choose, make sure you push yourself!

1. Pulsing Sumo Squat > Pulsing Sumo Squat & Press > Pulsing Sumo Squat & Press to Hammer Curl
2. Walk Down > Walk Down Leg Lifts > Walk Down Leg Lifts into Squat Jack
3. Narrow Squat > Narrow Squat to Stiff Leg Deadlift > Narrow Squat to Oil Rig
4. Front Raise > Front Raise – Side Raise > Front Raise – Side Raise – Upright Row
