Welcome back to Day 3 of the #25DaysofMFit workout challenge! Today I am taking you through a yoga for weak wrists routine. We are slowing things down today for the #25DaysofMFit. But I’m sure you don’t mind, you have 22 tough days ahead of you!
This yoga flow is perfect for beginners and those with weak wrists. We will do several yoga routines during this 25 day challenge, and this one will teach you how to modify certain poses to keep your wrists safe!
