Kettlebell Ladder Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 10 of the #25DaysofMFit and we are still going strong!

Ten days into this workout challenge and we are doing another ladder workout! This workout will help you burn fat and build total body muscle!

In this ladder we will work with reps, instead of time like in the previous ladder workout.┬áBut working with reps should not be an excuse to move slow… we have to get this workout done in under 15-minutes!

Today’s workout will consist of three different exercises. We will do 10 sets of each exercise… yes, you heard that right. 10 sets. During the first set, you will do 10 reps per exercise. The second set will be 9 reps per exercise, and then 8, and so on. We will work our way down the rep ladder until we reach 0 reps per exercise! I don’t want you to feel like you can take your time doing this though… remember what I said before, you have to finish this workout in 15-minutes. The time limit will make this workout feel like a lot of cardio.

Feel free to do this workout on your own, at your own pace. But still finish this ladder as fast as you can! Here are the exercises:

Do the 10 rounds of the following circuit.

The first round is 10 reps per exercise, the second round is 9 reps per exercise, then 8, 7, 6… Until the final round, which will be 1 rep per exercise


1. Squat and press
2. Walk down push-up
3. Squat jack upright row
