I’ve had some requests to give you guys a stretching routine, and I thought that was a fantastic idea! So, here it is!
Stretching is SO important. I’ve made blog posts before about corrective exercise, where I emphasized on the importance of stretching paired with strength routines. Stretching helps realign the body. You never want one muscle group to be tighter than the rest of your body because that is where postural issues can start to form. You’ll also start feeling more pain and soreness during and after working out, and you are putting yourself at risk for injuries by skipping your stretch. So, basically cooling down and stretching after a workout is a MUST.
Do this routine after you complete one of my workout videos or a workout of your own!
