Yoga Sculpt Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 23 of the #25DaysofMFit, and today I have a yoga sculpt workout for you. This workout will be very different than the vinyasa yoga I had you do on Day 15.

This routine will feel like a total body workout with some stretches mixed in. I know you will all love this workout, so have fun with it! The reason I love yoga sculpt workouts is because they challenge your muscles in a different way. Today we will exhaust one muscle group, stretch it out, and then move on to another part of the body!
