At-Home Bicep & Tricep Workout #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 14 of the #25DaysofMFit challenge, and today we are doing a home bicep & tricep workout.

I have recently fallen in love with upper body workouts. I have actually been doing this workout once a week. So trust me when I say, it works. Half way through this workout your biceps are going to be on fire, and then I’ll make you keep going.

You do need some dumbbells for this workout, but feel free to get creative if you don’t have weights at home. You can use water bottles or canned food in place of the dumbbells. If you plan on doing more of my MFit home workouts¬†though, I recommend shopping the MFit Amazon store for some home workout essentials like a set of dumbbells and mini bands!

Follow the home bicep & tricep workout below.

Do 2 sets of the following:

Hammer Curl to Flex Tricep (15 reps)
Tricep Finisher (15 reps – 15 second pause)

Do 1 set of the following circuit:

Rotation Curl (15 reps)
Jog (30 seconds)
Hammer Curl (15 reps)
Butt Kicks (30 seconds)
Regular Curl (15 reps)
High Knees (15 seconds)
Wide Curl (15 reps)
Weighted Jog (30 seconds)
Diving Chaturanga Push-up (8 reps)
Cobra Push-ups (30 reps)
