Welcome to Day 15 of the #25DaysofMFit. I have been putting you through some difficult strength and cardio workouts for the past two weeks. Your body is probably a little sore, so I thought today would be the perfect day to do a home yoga workout.
I am aware that not everyone likes yoga. Some people find it to be boring, or too complicated and painful. Please give this home yoga workout a chance. I keep my MFit yoga workouts upbeat, fun and not too complicated. Today we will stretch a lot and get the heart rate up by moving quickly in and out of certain poses.
If this is your first yoga workout, go into it was a carefree attitude. Be willing to laugh at yourself when things feel weird. A lot of these yoga movements will be new to your muscles, but I just want you to go with the flow and have fun!
