It is Day 9 of the #25DaysofMFit challenge, and it is time for a heart-pumping HIIT & burn workout.
HIIT is super popular nowadays, but not everyone knows what it is or the right way to do it. HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This type of interval training will get your heart rate way up and make your muscles burn. Each interval is short (30-seconds or less), and you are supposed to push yourself to move as fast and as hard as you can during those short intervals. Your body can only handle 10-20 minutes of this type of workout, so it is a good thing the #25DaysofMFit workouts are all under 15-minutes.
This particular HIIT workout will blend classic MFit cardio movements with some slower strength-based exercises. I filmed lots of workouts like this for my 4-Week Slim Down Plan. So, if you like this workout make sure you check out that 4-week plan and my other home workout plans.
I hope you enjoy this HIIT & burn workout as much as I enjoyed filming it. Make sure you check back tomorrow for Day 10 of the challenge, or if you can’t wait that long – join the #25DaysofMFit challenge on my website to receive all 25 workout videos today!
