Holiday Abs Workout #25DaysofMFit

Welcome back to the #25DaysofMFit! We have made it through the first week of this workout challenge. Today we are doing a holiday abs workout for Day 8.

This workout is a favorite of mine in this years’ challenge. Today’s ab-sculpting routine is NO JOKE. It is, in my opinion, the best core workout I have posted on the MFit YouTube channel all year. It left me sore for days!

We will work all the core muscles in different ways. Get ready to crunch, twist, hold, rock and roll! This routine may only be 9-minutes, but we will get a lot done in that time!

Crunches (30 reps)
Marching Crunches (20 reps)
Single Leg Crunches (20 reps each)
Happy Baby Stretch (20 seconds)
Pretzel Crunch, right (20 reps)
Happy Baby Stretch (20 seconds)
Pretzel Crunch, left (20 reps)
Happy Baby Double Crunch (20 reps)
Rock & Roll Baby (10 reps)
