It’s Day 10 of the #25DaysofMFit and I have an awesome yoga-inspired workout for you guys today. I call this one yoga flow & burn! This will be a different kind of workout for most of you, but I think you’ll really enjoy it!
If you have taken a yoga class with me before, then you know I teach a little differently that other people. My yoga flow blends traditional yoga poses with some MFit style exercises. You will still experience the relaxing and healing benefits of standard yoga during an MFit practice. However, this yoga flow & burn will also help you build muscle, burn fat, and feel powerful.
