Dumbbell Only Chest Workout #25DaysofMFit

It’s Day 14 of the #25DaysofMFit and today we are doing a dumbbell only chest workout!

This workout is super short but super effective. All you need is a couple of light dumbbells. I am always saying that you don’t need much to have a killer workout. Hopefully this workout proves to you that you don’t need fancy gym equipment to build muscle.

You can do this routine in the comfort of your own home, so no excuses! Grab some light weights or some water bottles and give it a try!

Try the dumbbell only chest workout below. 

Complete 2 sets of the following circuit:
1. Flipped Front Raise (15 reps)
2. Slow Hook Punches (20 reps)
3. Windshield Press (15 reps)

Complete 2 sets of the following circuit:
1. Walk Down Push-up (10 reps)
2. Cross Body Punches (50 reps)

Burnout, 1 set:
1. Elbow Chest Pulses (as many reps as possible)
