Happy #Burnuary! For the second cardio workout of the month we are doing a cardio bootcamp! To start, we are going to do an 8-minute circuit (50-10) that combines cardio and strength training exercises. Directly after the first 8-minute circuit we will do one Tabata (20-10). We will end the workout by doing the 8-minute circuit one more time! It’s going to be a lot of good cardio, so get ready!
Take modifications if you need to! This workout is meant to help you, not hurt you!
