Today I am going to take you through some kickboxing intervals that will really blast fat and tone your stomach. I specifically created this workout for the abs, so trust me when I say they will be on fire by the end of this workout video.

Do 2 rounds of the following circuit. 30 seconds on – 10 seconds off:
Standing Criss Cross Crunch
Knee Front Kick, both sides
Cross Body Punches
Knee to Punch, both sides
Do each boxing combination twice on each side. 20 seconds on – 10 seconds off:
Jab – Cross
Jab – Cross – Jab – Hook
