Attention all at-home exercisers or people who travel a lot… save this workout and do it whenever you need a quick lower body burn! I will definitely be saving this equipment-free leg workout for my future travels.
This is one of my favorite leg workouts I have posted on the MFit YouTube channel in a while, and it is completely equipment free! That just goes to show you, you do not need a fancy gym membership to get a good workout. Just join the MFit virtual gym, and you can workout anywhere!

Try the equipment-free leg workout below.
Do all exercises on leg before switching:
1. Downdog Leg Lifts (10 reps)
2. Donkey Kicks (15 reps)
3. Donkey Step (10 reps)
4. Kneeling Step-up (10 reps)
Do the following superset twice:
A. Narrow Lunge (12 reps)
B. Oil Rig (12 reps)
Do one set of each:
Side to Side Squat (10 reps)
Squat Side Shuffle (10 reps)
Single Leg Bridge (20 reps each)
