You know those days where you just feel crummy? Maybe you are sore. Perhaps you are hungover. Or maybe you just didn’t sleep enough. You aren’t sick, but you just don’t feel 100%. This stretching & toning workout is perfect for those days.
Exercise can help boost your mood and give you energy, so working out on your crummy days can actually make you feel better! I have personal experience in the matter. There have been so many times I’ve felt tired, but then I did a MFit workout, like the one below, and felt so much better!
