You know those days where you just feel crummy? Maybe you are sore. Maybe you are hungover. Maybe you just didn’t sleep enough. You aren’t sick, but you just don’t feel 100%
I have those days a lot. Everyone has those days! And this workout is for those days.
Exercise can help boost your mood and give you energy, so working out on your crummy days can actually make you feel better! I have personal experience in the matter. There have been so many times I’ve felt tired, but then I did a workout like the one below and felt so much better!
Today’s workout video is yoga-inspired without being yoga. I am going to take you through a series of stretches and toning exercises that will make your body feel good!
