It is Day 12 of the #25DaysofMFit and I have a new Kettlebell workout for you.

Kettlebells are one of my favorite pieces of equipment to workout with. You can actually use them in quite a few different ways, and we will do just that in today’s workout.

2. Single Arm Clean & Press, right (10 reps)
3. Plank on Kettlebell (30 seconds)
4. Single Arm Clean & Press, left (10 reps)
5. Plank on Kettlebell (30 seconds)
6. Back Lunge Pass Through (20 reps)
