Total Body Kettlebell Burn #25DaysofMFit

It is Day 12 of the #25DaysofMFit and I have a new total body kettlebell workout for you.

Kettlebells are one of my favorite pieces of equipment to workout with. You can actually use them in quite a few different ways, which you’ll see in today’s workout.

Don’t have a kettlebell? You can get one in the MFit Amazon Store! You can find all of my favorite fitness equipment at a good price in that store. Don’t want a kettlebell? Feel free to use a milk or water jug in place of the weight today!

If this is your first time working out with a kettlebell, please be careful and listen to my tips on form! Safety is the most important thing here!

Complete 2 sets of the following circuit:

1. Kettlebell Swings (20 reps)
2. Single Arm Clean & Press, right (10 reps)
3. Plank on Kettlebell (30 seconds)
4. Single Arm Clean & Press, left (10 reps)
5. Plank on Kettlebell (30 seconds)
6. Back Lunge Pass Through (20 reps)
