Happy May! It is a new month, and I have a new workout challenge for you! It is time for Bikini Bootcamp 2018. This is a workout series that will help you build muscle, burn fat and get “bikini ready”. We are starting this challenge with a total body bikini prep workout.
These home workouts were created to help you feel confident and healthy all summer long! It is just a perk that they’ll also you tone up for bikini season.
The workouts in this challenge will give you the perfect blend of strength training and cardio. Each video will focus on a different muscle group. But today we are kicking things off with a total body workout.

Do 2 sets of the following yoga inspired warm-up:
1. Walk Down
2. Plank – Downdog
3. Knee Pull
4. Crescent Lunge
Do 3 sets of the following circuit: 40 seconds on / 20 seconds off
1. Quick Up/Down Squat
2. Quick Feet
3. Cross Body Punches
Do 3 sets of the following exercise: 20 seconds on / 40 seconds off
– Burpee Shoulder Press
Do 3 sets of the following circuit:
1. 3 Count Squat Jump (15 reps)
2. Bent Over Row (15 reps)
3. Pause Push-up (10 reps)
Do 1 set of the following circuit: All reps on one side before switching
1. Plank Oblique Twist (20 reps)
2. Plank Knee To Elbow (10 reps)
3. Plank Knee To Armpit (10 reps)
4. Prisoner Leg Lifts (15 reps)
5. Prisoner Knee Kick (15 reps)
