One Dumbbell Total Body Circuit #25DaysofMFit

Happy #25DaysofMFit. We have made it to Day 18… we are so close to the end you guys. Keep working hard until Day 25!

Today is another total body workout. When you only have 15-20 minutes to workout, you need to make sure that workout is time efficient. And one of the best ways to ensure that happens is by doing a total body circuit. This fast paced workout will take you through six exercises. Each exercise will work different muscles and challenge your body in a different way. We will do three sets of each exercise and the only thing you need is one dumbbell!

Complete three sets of the following circuit.
First set: 10 reps
Second set: 12 reps
Third set: 14 reps

1. Walk Down Single Arm Curl To Press
2. Pulsing Goblet Squat
3. Side Lunge to Balance Press
4. Dumbbell Swings
5. Overhead Tricep Extension
6. Straight Arm Drop
