5-Minute Jump Rope Challenge

This challenge was hard for me! And I hope it pushes you too… Today we are jump roping for 5 minutes straight. Jump rope is a great activity for burning fat and reaching new levels of cardiovascular training. All I ask is that you give this challenge all you can! And keep working hard so it’s easier the next time you try it!
