Cardio with Mini Bands

Welcome back to Day 11 of the #25DaysofMFit. We have made it to the second week of this holiday workout challenge. If you are new here, I’ve been posting workouts everyday for the past 10 days. This workout is inspired by my 2-Week Mini Band Cardio Plan. That home workout plan is filled with non-stop low impact workouts. Each workout in that plan uses mini bands in a creative way to make your muscles burn and get your heart rate up. If you enjoy the workout below, you will love that plan!

Let’s chat about today’s workout. The workout below is only 14-minutes. However, I packed a lot of exercises into that short amount of time. Get ready for non-stop movement with minimal rest!

Try the cardio with mini bands workout below!

Do the follow superset 2x:
Side Step with Band Pull (30 seconds)
Arms Up & Down with tension (20 seconds)

Do 1 set of the following:
Squat to Band Press (15 reps)

Do the follow superset 2x:
Side Shuffle or Step (30 seconds)
Weave & Punch (30 seconds)

Do 1 set of the following:
Squat to Double Pulse Press (15 reps)

Do the follow superset 2x:
Step Forward & Row (30 seconds)
Lateral Step or Hop (30 seconds)

Do 1 set of the following:
Walk Down Plank Jack (5 reps)
> Add Push-up (8 reps)
