Holiday Bootcamp Workout #25DaysofMFit

Happy December, and happy #25DaysofMFit! This is Day 1 of the annual 25 Day workout challenge, and I hope you are as excited as I am. I have been doing the #25DaysofMFit challenge for the past 4 years on the MFit YouTube channel. This year I have made it better than ever with 25 innovative muscle-building, fat-burning workout videos.

We are kicking things off with a Bootcamp Flow workout. This workout will keep you moving the whole time, which is good since we only have 15-minutes to complete it! You won’t rest at all during this workout. Each exercise is connected either by another exercise or a stretch. During each strength exercise, I want you to focus on really feeling the correct muscles. During each cardio exercise I want you to push yourself as hard as you can. Make sure you breath during the stretching moments, as that will be the only time you can catch your breath.
