Mini Band Back & Arms Workout

I am back with another mini band workout! Mini resistance bands are by far my favorite piece of workout equipment to use at home, on the go or at the gym. These seemingly unthreatening small bands can make your muscle burn in such an intense way, I can hardly believe it.

With that being said, you need to know how to use the bands to get the best results. In today’s workout I am going to take you through some of the best exercises you can do with these bands for your arms and back. If you don’t have bands, buy some off of my Amazon Store, I promise you won’t regret it.

– Curl to Press (15)
– Bicep Curl (15)
– Single Arm Band Pull (15e)
– Pull Over (10)
– Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension (10e)
– Seated Wide Row (20)
– Seated Narrow Row (20)
– Side to Side Push-up (10)
– Tabletop Reverse Fly (10e)
