10-Minute Total Body Dumbbell Workout

Happy Halloween! With it being the last day of October, we have officially entered holiday season. I know this time of year everyone has a busy schedule and exercise starts to take a back seat. Taking the rest of the year off from exercise is not a good idea. So today I have a 10-minute workout for you to do on your busiest of days!

In just 10-minutes you will get your heart rate up and feel all your muscles burn! This is the perfect total body workout when you are in a time crunch.

If you have more time to workout today, I recommend doing this video four times in a row for a 40-minute workout. Do the circuit in the video once, rest for a minute or two and then repeat! This will make for a super intense workout because just one round will be challenging.

Go through the circuit once with little to no rest. Choose a weight that will really challenge your muscles.

1. Squat and Press (15 reps)
2. Hammer Curl (10-15 reps)
3. Pulsing Lunge with Tricep Extension (10 reps each)
4. Plank Rows (10 reps each, alternating)
5. Bent Over Rotation Row (15 reps)
6. Sumo Squat Around The World (15 reps)
