I love this workout format. It is ideal for those of you with the goal of weight loss and want to build muscle. Take modifications when you need to. There is a significant amount of jumping in this workout, but you can always eliminate the jump from these exercise (jumping lunges can be alternating lunges, jumping jacks can be step-jacks, etc). All I ask is that you work hard and CHALLENGE yourself. Each time you do this workout you will get stronger and be able to push a little bit harder.
