Beginner HIIT & Boxing Workout

I thought it was about time I posted a workout for “beginners” … I put that in quotes because I don’t want you to think this workout is easy! It’s tough! But it’s a much safer form of cardio for individuals just starting their fitness journey.

The first half of this workout is a Tabata style HIIT (20-10). The second half is a fat burning boxing routine.
