“Food Baby” Cardio Workout

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

I thought there was no better way to celebrate “turkey day” than to give you a calorie burning CARDIO workout! This one’s doozy – it will be 7 minutes of straight cardio. And if you are really feeling daring… I want you to do this workout once and then repeat it one or two more times! You will get a good workout in only doing this once, but for major results and soreness – do it 3 times!

Here are the exercises:
3 bunny hops / switch
High knee jog
Toe touch jack
Lateral Hops
Burpees
Hop Scotch
2 jumping lunges + squat jump

50 seconds on – 10 seconds off
