Yoga Toning Workout

Here is a yoga tone workout for you. We will go through a yoga flow, but I will be incorporating a lot of strength exercises throughout like pushups and lunges. This is a total body strengthening workout and will definitely leave you sweaty! Good luck – if you need to rest and take childspose at some point during this workout, do so! But make sure you are challenging yourself so you can get stronger.
