Bikini Bootcamp: Arm Workout

Welcome to Bikini Bootcamp 2016! This workout series will help you burn fat, build muscle, and get your body in shape for bikini season.

Today’s workout is for the arms.. I have lots of different biceps, triceps, and shoulder exercises. And of course we are still doing cardio. This is a long workout, so pace yourself but work hard!

Take modifications if you need to! This workout is meant to help you, not hurt you!
