Total Body Strength Circuit

Are you ready to get stronger? … Build muscle? … Burn fat? This is the workout for you! This is an 8 exercise strength building circuit that will work all of your muscles. You have the option of using some dumbbells for this workout. I used 10 pound weights, but you do not need to use extra weight if you don’t feel comfortable doing so.
