It’s another workout Tuesday, and today I have a fun kettlebell routine for you! I have posted kettlebell workouts before, and I have posted low impact cardio routines before, so today I wanted to blend the two and give you a short cardio workout that you can do anywhere!
These kettlebell exercises will not only help you burn fat, but they will also help you build muscle in your core, arms and legs! The circuit in today’s workout only includes three exercises, but trust me… they will get you major results. I have actually been doing this kettlebell routine with a heavy kettlebell twice a week for the past month. I’ve shared my progress over on my Instagram if you want to see how it has helped me.

1. Figure 8’s (20 reps)
2. Single Arm Kettlebell Swing (15 reps each)
3. Kettlebell Plank (30 seconds)
