Happy Tuesday! It is time for another MFit workout. Today we are doing a fat-burning kettlebell circuit! I have posted kettlebell workouts before on this blog. I have also posted many low impact cardio routines. Today I wanted to blend the two and give you a short, low impact kettlebell workout that you can do anywhere!
This kettlebell workout will not only help you burn fat, but it will also help you build muscle in your core, arms and legs!
We will only be doing three exercises in this workout video. But trust me, theses movements will give you major results. I have actually been doing this kettlebell routine with a heavy kettlebell twice a week for the past month. I’ve shared my progress over on my Instagram if you want to see how it has helped me.
Don’t have a kettlebell? Get one in the MFit Amazon store today! If you are a beginner please use a light weight. These exercises are tough, and I want you to be safe. Use a weight that you can safely move around and listen to all of my form tips to prevent unnecessary injury.

Do 3 sets of the following circuit:
1. Figure 8’s (20 reps)
2. Single Arm Kettlebell Swing (15 reps each)
3. Kettlebell Plank (30 seconds)
