Happy Cinco de Mayo! Whether you plan on celebrating or not… I have a tough workout for you. This is a 5x5x5 workout, which means it’s going to burn.

You will do 5 reps of an exercise, followed by a 5 second hold… 5 times! 5x5x5 — A lot of reps, a lot of muscle gains. Let’s do this!
