Day 8: Airport Workout #12daysoffitness

The holiday’s are among us, and I’m sure a lot of you are traveling to see your friends and family. Or traveling to get get away from it all. Whatever your holiday plans are, there is bound to be a lot of time spent in the car, airport, train, etc.  So this is a workout I designed for you to do anywhere. This is your airport workout. It is perfect for beginners or those with limited mobility because it involves sitting in a chair. But don’t let that fool you, this workout is still tough!
