Today we are working the shoulders! Sculpted shoulders are such an important feature when rocking a bikini. I personally love working my shoulders, so I’ve thrown in some of my favorite exercises into this routine… and it’s gonna burn. Grab some dumbbells for the strength training, but first – CARDIO!
